Kemayou Events collects the information you submit through our inquiry, booking, contact, and project forms so we can respond, assess fit, schedule consultations, prepare proposals, and deliver requested services. This may include your name, contact details, project or event information, location, estimated investment, preferences, and messages.

We may use service providers for website hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, forms, file storage, invoicing, and project delivery. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.

We retain inquiry and project information only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, tax, insurance, security, and recordkeeping purposes. Access is limited to people who need it for the work.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical records, door codes, or other highly sensitive information through the public website.
