- Yes. Destination projects are accepted based on availability and scope. Kemayou Events is based in Atlanta, Georgia and available for select projects worldwide.
- Can you work with vendors we have already booked?
- Yes. We regularly coordinate with vendors clients have already selected, and we can also recommend and manage sourcing where that is helpful.
- How far in advance should we reach out?
- Earlier is easier, especially for large guest counts and destination celebrations. That said, we review every inquiry on its own timeline and will tell you honestly what is realistic.
- How does pricing work?
- Pricing depends on scope, guest count, and level of involvement. Following your complimentary Project-Fit Call, you receive a written proposal outlining scope and investment before any commitment.
