Every project begins with discovery. Scope, responsibilities, fees and purchasing authority are documented before work begins. Procurement begins only after required approvals and funds are received. Vendor costs and reimbursable expenses are separate from professional fees unless a proposal states otherwise.
Fees are quoted per project after discovery, because scope, timeline and complexity vary. Pricing is not published as a fixed rate card.
