How we begin
Every hospitality project begins with a complimentary 30-minute Project-Fit Call. This introductory conversation helps us understand the property, goals, timing and general investment readiness. Property-specific concepts, layouts, sourcing recommendations and written design direction begin during a paid hospitality engagement.

Property Assessment + Design Direction
$2,500
Begins with an $850 property assessment, followed by a $1,650 balance for the completed discovery and design-direction phase. This service includes a review of the property and existing furnishings, measurements, gap analysis, high-level room direction, a preliminary investment framework and a practical project roadmap.
Design + Procurement Management
Custom
Adds detailed selections, sourcing, approvals, purchasing coordination, order tracking, vendor communication and budget reporting.
Guest-Ready Implementation
Custom
Adds delivery and installer coordination, placement, styling, setup, punch-list management and final handoff.
Furniture, décor, linens, supplies, taxes, freight, receiving, storage, delivery, assembly, installation, travel and third-party services are separate from Kemayou's professional fees unless expressly included in writing.

- Yes, when your selected service provides client-executed design direction. Detailed sourcing, procurement and implementation support are available through separate service levels.
- Are furnishings and vendors included in the professional fee?
- No. Kemayou's professional fee, client-purchased products, third-party execution and travel are shown separately so you understand what each amount pays for.
- Do you work outside Georgia?
- Yes. Kemayou Events is based in Atlanta and available for select projects worldwide, including completed work in Nokesville, Virginia.
- How long does a guest property take?
- Timelines depend on property size, scope, and lead times on selected pieces. A realistic schedule is provided with your proposal.
